Hairworthy offers worldwide shipping to your work or home address.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24h from the UK, the US, Sweden, Japan or Italy.*

All orders are sent with DHL, USPS, Amazon logistics or Royal Mail and will be passed on to an internal postal service once your order has arrived in your chosen country. Proof of purchase will be sent to the email address you provide. Please consider the environment before printing.

Customs

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hairworthy are not responsible for delays due to customs. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

We aim to deliver your items in perfect condition and on time but if you have any issues with your order, please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy detailed below.

Return & refund policy

We want you to be happy with your online purchase, therefore, all customers have the right to return products within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order. All returned products must be in perfect condition. This means that the Hairworthy products must be unused, undamaged and with unbroken sealing. Please note, customers are liable to pay for the return shipping cost to Hairworthy LTD. We recommend that you track your return shipment to ensure safe delivery.

Hairworthy will not be liable for any returns that are lost. Products that are returned after fourteen (14) days post-delivery date or that do not satisfy the above conditions will not be accepted.

Our Money Back Guarantee policy covers returns and cancellations of products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, if the package is sealed and returned alongside proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued when the returned product arrives to Hairworthy Ltd. You will receive the refund via the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the refund to be processed, as this largely depends on your bank.

To return or cancel your order,* you must inform us by emailing sales@hairworthy.co.uk. Please include your full name, contact details, order number and the reason for returning your product(s).

*Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched. If the order is marked as dispatched, please note that you can still exercise the right to return the product(s) once arrived.
